Junior Business IT Consultant (Public Services)

Location: Must be based in Poland (Wrocław, Gdańsk, or Poznań) with a hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Participate in consulting and roll-out projects for public sector clients.
• Moderate workshops with clients to identify and structure business requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology experts and development teams to design IT solutions.
• Define requirements and create specifications for new or existing IT systems.
• Present and discuss proposed solutions with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• German and English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Experience or interest in the public sector.
• Understanding of the software development process and IT architecture concepts.
• Ability to navigate legal regulations and analyze complex documentation.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on business objectives.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is an asset.
