Relationship Manager, Business Banking

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking clients, focusing on deeper relationships and business needs.
• Identify opportunities for deposit, credit, cash management, and other financial solutions.
• Build relationships with community Centres of Influence and generate referrals through in-person and digital channels.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of business banking opportunities.
• Engage clients to understand immediate financial needs and longer-term business goals.
• Collaborate with internal banking specialists and participate in community and banking centre events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Knowledge of credit, cash management products and services, business cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Established network in the local business community and strong communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
