Location: Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy; hybrid work model

Salary: €40,000 gross annual base salary and above, according to the applicable Italian metalworking collective labor agreement.

What you will do

• Develop and present sustainability-focused digital transformation proposals for manufacturing and automotive clients.
• Lead engagements with C-suite and operational stakeholders to define business challenges and transformation roadmaps.
• Design integration solutions across PLM, SCM, and MES platforms.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and prepare business cases covering ROI, carbon reduction, and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with solution architects and implementation teams to support project delivery and customer success.
• Support pre-sales through demonstrations, workshops, competitive assessments, and strategic account development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.
• Expertise in PLM, SCM, and/or MES implementations and integrations.
• Strong experience with sustainability, circular economy, or ESG initiatives in manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading complex digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, production management, and project management; familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies.
