Lead, Site EHS

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Deliver EHS training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Lead or support incident investigations, site inspections, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering and operations on projects and process changes, including MOC, FMEA, and PSSR activities.
• Manage air, water, hazardous waste, monitoring, recordkeeping, reporting, and environmental permitting programs.
• Track EHS metrics, support regulatory inspections, maintain management systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Science, Engineering, or a related EHS discipline.
• At least 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; 7–10+ years is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with safety and environmental compliance programs, including air, water, and hazardous waste regulations.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Experience with hazardous materials and chemical safety management, incident investigations, and corrective and preventive actions.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar.
• Experience supporting environmental permitting, regulatory reporting, and agency inspections.
