Construction Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, United States; relocation required for additional construction locations within the US

What you will do

• Lead construction activities as the senior site representative for a mission-critical data center.
• Manage contractors, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Oversee pre-construction, site development, commissioning, controls, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate field and technical teams, resolve delivery roadblocks, and mitigate project risks.
• Track progress through quantity take-offs, field verifications, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Manage change orders, cost control, technical standards, and site safety initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning, and site operations.
• Experience leading onsite teams and managing large programs with multiple vendors.
• Strong cross-functional communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and composure.
• Ability to travel as needed and work evenings or weekends according to site operational needs.
• Must work onsite in Memphis and be able to relocate within the United States when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center construction or highly technical facilities.
• Familiarity with Memphis building codes and regulations.
• Strong experience handling complex construction challenges.
