Construction Manager/Construction Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite field work required

What you will do

• Plan construction activities, develop and analyze estimates, and support contract management for power generation projects.
• Coordinate construction cost and schedule management, contractor qualification, contracting strategy, and stakeholder liaison activities.
• Review contractor schedules, execution plans, extra work claims, and construction progress reporting.
• Develop construction data analytics, estimating tools, earned value management processes, KPI dashboards, and digital reporting solutions.
• Audit inspection processes and documentation, support construction closeout, and provide onsite leadership to inspection teams.
• Evaluate emerging construction technologies and improve field execution and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least six years of related experience, or CCM Certification.
• Experience supporting or managing construction, including cost and schedule reporting or construction data analytics.
• Experience with process facility construction and construction management systems, working across multiple data sources.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, and general computer software and systems.
• Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, loud or enclosed environments, at elevated levels, and perform lifting, climbing, bending, and extended standing or walking with appropriate PPE.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management.
