Senior SRE Engineer / Platform Reliability Engineer (Azure)

Location: Remote from Serbia

What you will do

• Define practical SLIs and SLOs with service teams and support SLO-based alerting and error-budget tracking.
• Analyze incidents, recurring failures, and reliability risks while improving incident response and postmortems.
• Reduce alert noise and improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Build automation for repetitive, low-risk operational tasks.
• Improve deployment safety and production readiness across Azure, AKS, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Plan and implement reliability improvements with engineering and service teams.

Requirements

• Strong production support or SRE experience.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Understanding of SLI/SLO concepts, reliability metrics, incident response, runbooks, and postmortems.
• Strong spoken and written English at Intermediate level or higher.
