TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure): Maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure and deployment systems in a Microsoft Azure environment with an accent on Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code. Focus on automating production operations, optimizing highly available services, troubleshooting complex incidents, and strengthening monitoring, security, and reliability.

What you will do
- Maintain, improve, and optimize a Microsoft Azure environment in collaboration with development and support teams.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Bitbucket Pipelines and Jenkins.
- Automate infrastructure, operational tasks, and application deployments with Terraform, Bash, and Python.
- Manage Kubernetes environments on Azure Kubernetes Service, including Docker-based workloads and operational jobs.
- Implement and maintain GitOps practices with ArgoCD, ApplicationSets, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Monitor systems, support security and compliance initiatives, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes or AKS.
- Solid experience with CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
- Advanced to fluent English is required for direct communication with clients in the United States and Canada.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and proactive problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in international and distributed teams.
- Experience with established DevOps practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting highly available and production-critical systems.
