Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote work is available in Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Poland; office-based locations include Almaty, Astana, Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Krakow, Kyiv, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Lviv, Monterrey, Montevideo, Odesa, Riga, Rosario, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Define and evolve DevOps patterns, best practices, release governance, and automation-first approaches.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment promotion and governed releases.
• Automate secure and reproducible infrastructure with Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
• Implement enterprise logging, monitoring, and alerting to improve resilience and reduce incidents.
• Embed secrets management, identity controls, role-based access, and other security controls into pipelines and cloud configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering and integration teams, improve build and delivery flows, and coach developers on DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer working with Azure cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline architecture, and multi-stage release management.
• Professional experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
• Solid knowledge of version control workflows and advanced Git branching strategies.
• Experience configuring enterprise monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Experience applying security best practices to cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines, plus effective collaboration in complex enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and modern container orchestration models.
• Experience refactoring and modernizing legacy release processes.
• Exposure to hybrid delivery frameworks combining Agile methods with enterprise governance.
