Senior Business Analyst (Payments)

What you will do

• Act as the customer voice and create feasible implementation roadmaps for payment products.
• Perform gap analyses between client business requirements and product functionality.
• Design solutions, assess business-process impacts, and recommend improvements to business systems.
• Analyze and document business processes and metrics, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Deliver product increments for French financial institutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with product management, project management, clients, and delivery teams to prioritize the product backlog and improve solution design, analysis, and testing.

Requirements

• Knowledge of payment schemes, including SEPA classic, SEPA Instant, and SWIFT.
• Knowledge of business analysis principles, processes, and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Technical background sufficient to understand detailed use cases.
• Ability to estimate work effort and support successful completion of project sub-plans or small projects.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
