What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and available digital tools.
• Manage risk, resolve customer problems, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; no degree is required when a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience is demonstrated.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• Candidates may be subject to background checks under applicable financial services regulations.

Nice to have

• Spanish bilingual ability.
• Experience with customer loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, and leveraging technology.
