Senior Enterprise Tools Engineer (AIOps)

What you will do

• Own the operational health, administration, lifecycle, licensing, and governance of enterprise SaaS platforms including Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, and monitoring tools.
• Monitor observability and AIOps platforms, perform advanced incident triage, correlate events, and identify root causes.
• Lead post-incident reviews, improve alert quality, validate automated remediation, and drive proactive reliability improvements.
• Coordinate platform rollouts, configuration updates, vendor communications, outage notifications, and service health integrations.
• Diagnose enterprise platform integrations, support patching and recovery testing, and collaborate with Cloud, IAM, Network, Security, and ServiceNow teams.
• Develop PowerShell or Python automation and support Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise platform operations, SaaS administration, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on administration of enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, or similar SaaS platforms.
• Experience with SaaS service health, vendor communications, feature rollouts, monitoring, observability, and event management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or equivalent scripting, with familiarity with ITIL principles and ServiceNow workflows.
• Participation in a shared rotational on-call schedule is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Server and IIS or Apache administration.
• Integration experience with Okta or Entra ID.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation-driven configuration management, AWS, or Azure.
