Application Support Specialist (AutoBid)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. Schedule: 9:00am–6:00pm EST, Monday–Friday. Travel requirement: 0%.

Salary: $18.51–$23.13 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide primary technical support for hirify.global’s AutoBid MEP estimating software.
• Resolve complex software issues and identify root causes.
• Guide customers through system setup, configuration, and implementation.
• Deliver technical assistance through live chat, web-based tools, and telephone.
• Explain technical concepts and actionable solutions to IT specialists and field-based users.
• Collaborate on product improvements and intuitive solutions for the AutoBid software suite.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, networking, and general computer systems.
• Analytical approach to diagnosing and resolving software issues.
• Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure, time-critical support environments.
• Strong customer-oriented communication skills and ability to explain technical logic to diverse audiences.
• Availability for the 9:00am–6:00pm EST, Monday–Friday schedule in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Nice to have

• Experience in the mechanical or construction industry.
• At least 1 year of technical customer support or call center experience.
• Familiarity with AutoBid software or basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
