What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and networked system issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, including creation, documentation, and escalation.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to provide timely resolutions.
• Utilize SQL tools to run queries and perform database-related troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate activity records within Salesforce to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen to meet government contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in customer support as a primary contact via phone and email.
• Proficiency in SQL and Windows platform troubleshooting.
• Ability to work a 9-hour overnight shift (11 PM – 8 AM CST) after an initial 3-month onboarding period (8 AM – 5 PM CST).
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
