Analyst Lead, Testing (AI)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days virtual. Shift: 4pm–1am PHT.

What you will do

• Lead functional, integration, system-level, manual, and automated testing for complex financial applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, scenarios, scripts, and reusable test assets for UI and API layers.
• Manage defect lifecycles, lead triage discussions, and support timely resolution.
• Use Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Studio to accelerate test design, documentation, troubleshooting, reporting, and regression testing.
• Integrate AI insights into quality improvement frameworks and promote AI adoption across the QA team.
• Collaborate with delivery managers, project managers, and stakeholders while mentoring junior QA team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA or software testing, including at least 4 years of automated testing.
• Experience with API testing using Bruno and Rest Assured, BDD/TDD frameworks, and Cucumber.
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium with Java, Protractor, or Cypress.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure, cloud fundamentals, Linux shell commands, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing banking, financial services, and payment systems, including ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MS, SEPA, SCT Instant, and cross-border payment flows.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum, analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, ownership, and communication.
