What you will do
- Lead manual and automated software testing activities.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Perform API testing and support performance testing activities.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins and Git.
- Manage defects in JIRA and report testing metrics and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior QA team members.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
- 1–2 years of experience in a QA leadership or mentoring role.
- Proficiency in test automation and experience with Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of API testing, CI/CD processes, DevOps tools, and agile testing methodologies.
- Advanced defect management and test reporting skills, including experience with JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative skills.
