What you will do

• Operate and monitor UPW, mechanical and electrical systems, including SCADA and FMS cleanroom facility systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, breakdown and ad-hoc maintenance for mechanical, electrical, UPW, WWTP, STP, exhaust and related facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including pumps, motors, bearings, mechanical seals, heat exchangers, FFUs, MCCBs, VSDs, UPS systems and emergency generators.
• Conduct predictive maintenance such as vibration monitoring and infrared thermal scanning, as well as corrosion-control activities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors, prepare and verify permits to work, and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Support spare-parts management, inventory audits and CMMS work while contributing to system improvements.

Requirements

• ITC, diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Controls, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with mechanical and electrical facilities or UPW systems.
• Experience with facility operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to comply with safety regulations and participate in required company and vendor training.
