Senior Associate Engineer, Global Parts Solutions (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronics, RF equipment, power supplies, controllers, PCBs, monitors, RF generators, RF matches, and chillers.
• Repair faulty units and perform functional testing.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs to increase repair success rates, extend parts lifetime, and strengthen repair and testing capabilities.
• Work swing shifts to support Global Parts Solutions operations.
• Participate in global meetings and cross-training programs, sharing skills and documentation.
• Contribute to the transformation of the parts repair center through automation and digitalization.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a repair workshop.
• Component-level troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Experience repairing power supplies, controllers, PCBs, monitors, RF generators, RF matches, or chillers.
• Ability to perform swing-shift work and support overtime when required.
• Good communication, ownership, accountability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience repairing RF generators, RF matches, or chillers.
• Good soldering skills.
• Previous repair-focused experience.
