Senior Consultant, Enterprise Innovation (AI & Emerging Technologies)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week on-site and remaining days remote

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate innovation opportunities enabled by data, AI, automation, emerging technologies, and market changes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business implications.
• Partner with Technology, Business Units, and Corporate Functions to frame challenges and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Create executive-ready briefing notes, presentations, business cases, and strategic perspectives.
• Support innovation initiatives from problem framing through opportunity assessment and roadmap development.
• Monitor technology trends, fintech activity, industry developments, and innovation practices to inform thought leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, consulting, innovation, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and business-acumen skills.
• Ability to connect data, research, and business context to develop meaningful recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, influence, and partnership skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Toronto location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, technology strategy, product strategy, human-centered design, or management consulting.
• Experience using internal data, automation, and AI tools.
