Director, Client Delivery (Healthcare Revenue Cycle)

Location: Remote within the United States, based in Tallahassee, Florida, with required travel to and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client operations across Patient Access, Health Information Management, and Patient Financial Services.
• Build and maintain relationships with client leadership, including CFOs, while aligning client and hirify.global operations.
• Monitor revenue cycle KPIs, reports, cash flow, bad debt, denials, registration accuracy, collections, and documentation issues.
• Identify operational gaps, develop improvement plans, and implement process, technology, and service solutions.
• Lead client performance meetings, denial avoidance initiatives, and program-level stakeholder discussions.
• Coach leaders, develop talent, delegate accountability, and communicate organizational values across teams.

Requirements

• CRCR certification.
• 3–5 years of job-related experience.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations for multiple mid-sized to large organizations with complex service offerings.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle best practices, payer requirements, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks.
• Strong interpersonal, executive communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated advanced use of AI and experience managing teams that apply AI to process and technology improvements.
