What you will do
- Provide administrative support aligned with corporate systems, business needs, and departmental requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, consumables, and logistics equipment, including procurement, audits, configuration, accounting, utilisation, and disposal.
- Support business expansion by leading procurement activities and coordinating deliveries to new operational sites.
- Manage business licenses and permits, including applications, renewals, cancellations, annual filings, and coordination with district authorities.
- Administer project requirements, office arrangements, temporary warehouse resources, mobile phone cards, and large-scale promotional welfare expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate site facilities and employee activities while optimising administrative processes, resolving issues, and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office management.
- Experience managing projects.
