Commercial Glazier (Glass and Metal Construction)

Location: Zeeland, Michigan, United States; on-site, with travel across Michigan and overtime as needed.

hirify.global is partnering with a locally owned commercial glazing contractor with more than two decades of experience providing glass and framing services across the Midwest and beyond.

What you will do

• Fabricate and install storefronts, curtain walls, and aluminum-framed entrances.
• Install glass and other glazing materials.
• Install glazed canopies, skylights, glass guardrails, mirrors, and glass markerboards.
• Install hardware and related materials.
• Travel to customer and project sites across Michigan and work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous commercial experience installing glass doors, aluminum storefronts, and windows.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Good written and oral communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift and team-carry 75–100 lbs.
• Motivation to work quickly and accurately, willingness to learn, and commitment to high quality standards.
