Plumber

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Daily travel to local residential properties; the role includes indoor and outdoor field work.

Compensation: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, with base pay potentially adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.

What you will do

• Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect plumbing systems during move-outs, property turnovers, and onboarding.
• Support and guide in-house maintenance technicians on complex plumbing issues.
• Ensure work meets local codes and company standards.
• Conduct quality checks on vendor work when needed.
• Communicate clearly and maintain a professional, customer-first approach.

Requirements

• Master Plumbing License in the state
• At least 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license and standard plumbing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfort using mobile apps for work orders and communication.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• High school diploma or GED; employment is contingent on a background check.
