CNC Laser Operator, 2nd Shift (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Avon, Ohio, United States; onsite, 2nd shift Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

What you will do

• Operate CNC laser and related equipment safely and accurately.
• Load and unload parts and materials into machines and monitor operations for malfunctions.
• Assemble and process metal parts according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to quality standards.
• Record production and operational data.
• Support general manufacturing tasks on the shop floor while following safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Experience cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical competence, mathematical and measurement skills, and inspection ability.
• Ability to understand and communicate job instructions in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Reliable teamwork, attention to detail, technical capacity, and willingness to work the specified second shift; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
