Director I, Client Delivery (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management)

Location: Remote within the United States; requires travel and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require, with at least 75% travel in Ohio and Kentucky.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client operations and the planning, development, and implementation of acute and physician revenue cycle initiatives.
• Oversee functions including patient access, health information management, billing, revenue integrity, insurance follow-up, customer service, cash posting, denials management, and collections.
• Build and maintain client relationships, align client and internal operations, and drive performance against agreed expectations.
• Analyze bad debt, revenue cycle metrics, payer policies, regulatory changes, and operational gaps to improve revenue and cash flow.
• Lead program-level and monthly client meetings, communicate results and improvement opportunities, and partner with CFOs and other client executives.
• Coach and develop leaders, delegate accountability, manage programs and resources, and apply AI to process and technology improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• CRCR certification or another approved job-relevant certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business.
• Advanced use of AI and experience managing teams that apply AI to process and technology improvements.
• Strong executive communication, relationship-building, coaching, decision-making, and program management skills.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate locations as required.
