What you will do

• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns and operational downtime.
• Investigate equipment failures and line stoppages using root-cause analysis in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Repair, install, inspect, assemble, disassemble, and replace industrial production and processing equipment.
• Diagnose machinery malfunctions and evaluate equipment operation against safety and performance standards.
• Prioritize maintenance work, manage spare parts, and maintain work orders and documentation in the computerized maintenance system.
• Review maintenance reports and statistics to plan and adjust maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to qualify to wear a full-face respirator.
