Operations Specialist - Trade Management (Finance)

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annual base salary plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Process client securities trades through straight-through processing, automated repair, or manual re-keying.
• Authenticate, confirm, route, verify, and release trade instructions to internal teams and the market.
• Process complex and client-specific instructions while applying dual controls and established procedures.
• Research and resolve missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or poorly formatted trade data.
• Identify market-related issues, escalate potential problems, and analyze trends that can improve straight-through processing.
• Communicate instruction issues, expected resolutions, and market requirements clearly to clients.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical aptitude and the ability to identify, analyze, resolve, and escalate problems.
• Ability to execute tasks with limited direction, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
