Requirements / Systems Engineer (Jira)

Location: Remote; US citizens required. Travel up to 20%.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Integrate requirements traceability across multiple programs and companywide initiatives.
• Connect requirements traceability with software development tools and Jira-based processes.
• Document customer requirements and align them with customer-driven priorities.
• Identify and track program risks across design, development, and technology integration activities.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, software developers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support improvements required to achieve CMMI certification.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in requirements and systems engineering.
• Experience with requirements documentation and traceability.
• Familiarity with Jira and software development tools and processes.
• Ability to support systems integration, program risk tracking, and customer-facing documentation.
• Secret security clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
