Tooling Technician - Day Shift - Friday to Sunday (Injection Molding)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Weekend day shift, Friday to Sunday, 5:00am–5:00pm.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance.
• Identify tooling issues, report findings to the Tooling Lead, and participate in root cause analysis.
• Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions and related documentation.
• Organize tool room components, spare parts, and standard items.
• Collaborate with Molding, Production, and Special Operations teams to provide tooling support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing injection molds.
• Solid understanding of the injection molding process.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
