Staff Technical Program Manager (Healthtech)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 per year, plus equity; compensation for candidates outside the US is determined based on location.

What you will do

• Own complex, ambiguous strategic programs at group and organizational level from initial framing through delivery.
• Design execution frameworks, planning cadences, program reviews, and operating models across multiple teams and domains.
• Resolve systemic blockers and drive long-range planning, roadmap, and OKR alignment.
• Identify architectural misalignments and system- or platform-level risks as a technical integrator.
• Shape technical roadmaps and build-versus-buy decisions by aligning engineering, product, and business constraints.
• Mentor Technical Program Managers and contribute to interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, including group- or organization-level work.
• Experience designing and scaling execution frameworks for ambiguous, high-risk programs.
• Broad technical fluency across systems and architecture, with the ability to identify cross-domain risks and influence engineering trade-offs.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable multi-team roadmaps and deliver through influence.
• Experience mentoring or developing other Technical Program Managers and helping grow the team through interviewing and sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
