Relationship Manager (Business Banking)

Location: North Bay-Main & Fraser, North Bay, Ontario, Canada. Legal eligibility to work at the specified location, including a valid work or study permit where applicable, is required. Work arrangement details will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business-only clients by deepening relationships and addressing immediate and long-term financial needs.
• Develop new business through referrals, community connections, digital channels, banking centre events, and local outreach.
• Provide deposit, credit, lending, cash management, and other business banking solutions.
• Build and manage a diverse sales pipeline and identify opportunities for client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Promote digital banking options and Cash Management products, including ATM, mobile, online, and SmartBanking for Business services.
• Collaborate with Imperial Service, Personal Banking, Private Banking, and other hirify.global specialists to meet client needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of credit, cash management products and services, business cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Established network in the local business community.
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, client service, and business development skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
