Business Banking Relationship Manager (Banking)

Salary: $94,400–$157,400 per year

What you will do

• Develop new banking relationships and service an existing portfolio of small business clients.
• Partner with branches to sell and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Build referral networks with accountants, attorneys, and other centers of influence.
• Evaluate credit requests, recommend loan structures, and negotiate with underwriters and clients.
• Manage approximately 15–40 relationship-managed clients and a loan portfolio of $7.5M–$20M.
• Achieve revenue, loan production, deposit production, call, and product sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or at least 4 years of related sales or banking experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong credit skills for evaluating loan requests and managing risk.
• Knowledge of cash management, merchant services, and trade services products.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-selling skills.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
