US Public Sector Compliance Manager

Location: Washington, D.C.; open to working in the office 4x/week

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 annually, plus benefits, equity if applicable, and bonus if applicable.

What you will do

• Own the public sector compliance program, including audits, FAR representations and certifications, SAM.gov registrations, and contract-level obligation tracking.
• Identify compliance gaps and coordinate remediation and contract onboarding with Legal and Contracts.
• Run compliance training and maintain auditable training records.
• Manage facility clearance activities with DCSA and oversee investigations, determinations, reinvestigations, and personnel security records.
• Administer the ethics hotline, conflict-of-interest disclosures, political contribution logging, and Code of Business Ethics and Conduct processes.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor due diligence, debarment checks, compliance records, and FAR/DFARS flow-down coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public sector compliance, contract administration, or a closely related field.
• Deep working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, including representations and certifications, mandatory disclosures, and clause flow-down requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAM.gov, CAGE codes, and entity validation processes.
• Experience managing facility or personnel security clearances in a government-contractor environment; familiarity with DCSA/DSS processes is preferred.
• Strong compliance tracking, project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Must be located in Washington, D.C. and able to work from the office four days per week.
