Quality Team Lead - Day Shift - Friday to Sunday (6am - 6pm)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Friday to Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Perform Quality Control Technician tasks while maintaining hands-on inspection skills.
• Support Quality Control Technicians and Inspectors with daily quality processes.
• Review and approve first shots and assist with test run evaluations.
• Conduct containment activities and periodic process audits.
• Maintain team training, documentation, scheduling support, and process improvements.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; temporary visa holders requiring sponsorship are not eligible.
