What you will do

• Lead financial systems discovery initiatives across Arrowhead Intermediaries on behalf of Finance.
• Evaluate financial software, tools, and workflows supporting insurance operations.
• Oversee vendor evaluations, RFPs, and financial system selection.
• Lead innovation and practical AI application initiatives for Arrowhead Intermediaries.
• Act as the primary liaison between Accounting, Finance, Technology, and enterprise teams.
• Support implementations, post-implementation optimization, business cases, ROI analysis, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial systems or finance transformation roles.
• Experience leading financial system evaluations and implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and GAAP requirements.
• Insurance industry experience in a carrier, brokerage, MGA, or specialty insurance environment is critical to initial success.
• Must be based in Florida or North Carolina, United States.
