Location: On-site in Boston, Massachusetts, United States; approximately 40% travel to customer and partner facilities across North America, with occasional travel to HQ and other European locations.
Salary: $100,000β$130,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Deploy and integrate robot solutions at customer facilities.
- Visit customer sites to gather data, assess requirements, and support solution integration.
- Build physical twins, test rigs, and laboratory environments for reliability, performance, and acceptance testing.
- Organize and deliver product demonstrations for customers, investors, internal stakeholders, expos, and industry events.
- Plan and supervise short- and long-term Proof of Concept and pilot projects.
- Test product releases, troubleshoot robotic systems, analyze product data and customer feedback, and coordinate deployment improvements with engineering, product, and support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience with robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance skills.
- Experience managing robotics or automation concept and pilot projects and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for short- to long-term assignments across North America and occasionally to Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in warehouse or logistics automation, industrial robotics, or robotics deployment.
- Familiarity with software integration and sensor-based automation.
- Experience with CAD modeling, 3D scanning, digital twins, commissioning, or acceptance testing.
- Experience developing automation business cases and working in complex operational environments.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations to diverse audiences.
