Product Development Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Define growth strategies, product positioning, pricing strategies, communications, and event strategies for products and services in Latin America.
• Partner with application architects to deliver enhancements to existing products and develop new products based on product team requirements.
• Identify emerging markets and niche opportunities for existing and new payment products.
• Oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and align product opportunities with organizational capabilities.
• Plan and implement strategic business objectives, including financial feasibility studies and market research.
• Educate sales, relationship management, clients, and partners about product opportunities, selling points, competitive positioning, and propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in the payments industry, preferably with card processing solutions.
• Product management and development experience with a track record of product innovation and effective market positioning.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations to executive leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must live in Mexico to be eligible for the position.
