Manager Business Partnerships (Payments)

What you will do

• Lead strategic product roadmap delivery from intake through deployment and ongoing management.
• Monitor product and portfolio health using financial data, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
• Establish reporting, governance, communication, policies, processes, and controls for product delivery.
• Identify delivery risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive them through resolution.
• Manage work intake, capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery performance across the product portfolio.
• Align Finance, Sales, Account Management, product teams, and other stakeholders around strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Typically 10 or more years of experience in product delivery or consulting, including product development or management in an agile environment.
• Strong project and leadership experience, ideally in payments, credit card processing, or financial services.
• Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and using data to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Strong risk management, governance, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives, set direction, make sound decisions, and own strategic outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products.
• Master’s degree, PgMP certification, or partnership management experience.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse online and batch processes.
