Associate Product Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmap commitments, prioritization, and value delivery for AI products.
• Collaborate with software development, data science, product management, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Design and deliver products using Generative AI, agentic systems, and machine learning technologies.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog, translating business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and guide development teams on product context and priorities.
• Validate delivered functionality against business objectives and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or related product leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Agile development environments.
• Experience with SAFe or another scaled Agile framework, including product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Strong business and technical acumen, product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Nice to have

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
• Understanding of AI solution development, data requirements, and governance considerations.
