Senior Capture Manager (Federal Civilian)

Location: Hybrid, with work performed remotely and at designated corporate locations as needed; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Travel may be required for project assignments, client meetings, or internal collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead capture activities from opportunity identification through pre-proposal planning and submission support.
• Identify, qualify, and advance federal civilian business opportunities using customer relationships, market analysis, and business intelligence.
• Develop capture plans, account strategies, win themes, pricing approaches, and teaming strategies.
• Coordinate pipeline reviews, gate reviews, solution development, color team reviews, proposal writing, and proposal reviews.
• Assess teaming partners and negotiate non-disclosure and teaming agreements for approval.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support proposal staffing and training activities, and track capture actions through corporate processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business, technical, or management discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in federal government capture management, business development, or related growth roles.
• Experience leading or supporting captures for federal civilian agencies, with familiarity with USDA, DOS, DOL, DOC, DOI, DOT, HHS, and/or DOE.
• Strong understanding of federal contracting practices, acquisition processes, procurement timelines, gate reviews, and pursuit decisions.
• Strong business writing, editing, communication, facilitation, presentation, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and standard proposal and capture development tools and processes.
