Director of Finance (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid, with one day per week in the office at Allen, TX; Overland Park, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $107,700–$186,000 annual base pay, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead FP&A activities for the Card Processing Solutions line of business and manage three direct reports.
• Partner with senior leadership as a financial consultant and advisor on trends, business developments, profitability, and strategic planning.
• Direct financial reviews, analyses, forecasts, targets, annual budgets, and KPI development.
• Lead cross-business analytical projects involving financial modeling, data mining, and presentation support.
• Analyze revenue and direct-cost drivers, workforce management, capitalization, cost optimization, process improvement, and AI-enabled efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance while maintaining effective internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• At least 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, capital planning, or financial reporting.
• People leadership and project management experience.
• Experience serving as a trusted partner to executive sponsors, corporate leadership, line-of-business leaders, project stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and clients.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload while meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for hirify.global meetings, training, and professional conferences.

Nice to have

• Continuing education or related professional certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, OneStream, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in a services and transaction-based business.
• Experience creating special reports, interactive dashboards, or financial models.
• Strong business acumen and an interest in strengthening knowledge of the business or industry.
• Ability to recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
