Director of Finance

Location: Hybrid, based at an office in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO. Office attendance and travel between listed locations may be required.

Salary: $107,700–$186,000 per year, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis for the Card Processing Solutions line of business.
• Manage and develop a team of three direct reports and experienced financial analysts.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, emerging trends, profitability, and business performance.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, targets, annual budgets, KPI reviews, and financial analyses.
• Lead cross-business analytics projects, including data mining, business cases, and presentations.
• Maintain GAAP- and regulatory-compliant financial reporting, internal controls, and financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• At least 12 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, capital planning, or financial reporting.
• Experience with people leadership and project management.
• Experience partnering with executive sponsors, corporate leaders, line-of-business leaders, project stakeholders, subject matter experts, and clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings, training, and professional conferences.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications or continued education.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, OneStream, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in services or transaction-based businesses.
• Experience creating special reports, interactive dashboards, or financial models.
• Experience improving process and procedure efficiency.
