Financial Planning & Analysis Sr. Specialist

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Salary: €3,800–€4,700 gross per month, plus potential short- and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Participate in monthly accounting close, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with business performance commentary.
• Manage forecasts for projects, resources, and organizational units.
• Analyze cost baselines, resource plans, project costs, and key financial decisions.
• Consolidate management reports, perform SOX controls, and respond to audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in finance, accounting, project accounting, management consulting, or a similar area.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controlling methods and models.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost, revenue, and cash-flow impact analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with OneStream or other financial planning and reporting tools.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance or internal audit processes.
