Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage daily service and stewardship for a book of large and complex commercial accounts focused on condominiums and HOAs.
• Lead the full renewal lifecycle, including exposure analysis, marketing strategy, carrier negotiations, and renewal proposal delivery.
• Support new business marketing by preparing carrier submissions, evaluating quotes, and developing placement strategies with Producers and Account Executives.
• Review policy audits and ensure policy documents, endorsements, binders, certificates, and coverage materials are accurate and delivered on time.
• Provide expert client guidance on commercial insurance coverages, policy language, program structure, coverage adequacy, and emerging exposures.
• Maintain account records in Applied EPIC, support workflow improvements, and mentor junior team members when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty experience required.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong organization, prioritization, proactive problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Comfort with an on-site presence required to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Nice to have

• Applied Systems / EPIC experience.
• Associate degree or higher.
• CRIS, CPCU, or completion of a relevant special training course.
