Quality Control Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Night shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Inspect and analyze incoming raw materials against required specifications.
• Complete first-shot approvals for internally molded components and verify dimensional measurements against engineering drawings.
• Develop, maintain, and review Standard Process Instructions for the Operations Quality Team.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers and MQE to document test run evaluations, manage deviations, and support containment activities.
• Assist with the Texas calibration program and training programs for Quality Technicians and Inspectors.
• Provide technical support and back-up assistance for Quality Control Technicians.

Requirements

• Technical associate degree preferred, or at least two years of experience in a quality role.
• Previous experience as a hirify.global Quality Control Technician is required.
• Ability to plan tests and analyze and interpret results.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
