QC Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the BMW facility in Greer, South Carolina, United States; B-shift, 7:30pm–6:10am, four 10-hour days. Schedule may change based on company needs.

Pay: $25.00 per hour, plus a full benefits package.

What you will do

• Conduct torque validation, routine inspections, and calibration of tooling and equipment.
• Provide technical support to the customer and resolve production-line issues.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot equipment, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate quality records and technical documentation.
• Help design and implement error-proofing strategies to improve reliability and prevent production issues.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in a production environment involving manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and calibration, supported by mechanical aptitude.
• Customer service experience and proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
