2026 Entry Level Rotational Program – Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement (Electronics): Developing supply chain and procurement capabilities through immersive assignments focused on process improvements, distribution network optimization, and materials and services competitiveness with an accent on cross-functional operations and career development across multiple business locations. Focus on optimizing supply planning, coordinating demand and materials, improving procurement processes, and implementing Six Sigma-driven changes.

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate to new locations as needed are required.

What you will do

  • Complete immersive rotational assignments across supply chain functions and business locations.
  • Implement process improvements in supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Optimize distribution networks and improve the competitiveness of materials and services supply.
  • Contribute in roles such as Asset Scheduler, Distribution Requirements Planner, Material Planner, Demand Coordinator, Business Process Specialist, or Procurement Process Improvement Specialist.
  • Participate in formal education, networking, mentoring, and leadership exposure.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related major.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • At least 6 months of paid co-op or internship experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Legal right to work in the United States without employment restrictions is required.
  • Commitment to complete at least two assignments, typically lasting 12–24 months each, is required.

Nice to have

  • Leadership capabilities, initiative, agility, adaptability, and influence management.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 24 months.
  • Strong learning agility, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
