Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking-Bilingual

Location: Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit. The work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients.
• Develop new client relationships through business development, marketing, and community outreach.
• Meet with clients to understand priorities and provide forward-looking financial plans.
• Structure, negotiate, and document credit and cash management arrangements.
• Monitor client relationships and coordinate access to relevant banking solutions and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and other technology-enabled services.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
