Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking-Bilingual

Location: Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada. Work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients.
• Develop new client relationships through business development, marketing, and community outreach.
• Meet with clients to understand priorities and provide financial plans and tailored solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and document credit and cash management arrangements.
• Monitor client relationships and ensure day-to-day banking needs are addressed.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and other technology-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English to serve clients in the community.
• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions.
• Experience or capability in client engagement, relationship building, business development, lending, and portfolio management.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
