Test Manager for Home Devices

What you will do

• Lead and manage testing efforts for software delivered by external partners.
• Define and implement test strategies aligned with project and client goals.
• Mentor and coordinate a team of testers.
• Promote and integrate test automation tools and practices.
• Ensure quality across all phases of the testing lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and structured testing documentation.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with regression, exploratory, UAT, and other testing types.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
