Brokerage Team Leader (Real Estate)

Location: Greater Seattle, Washington, United States

Compensation: Commission-only 1099 position; average full-time fully ramped earnings of $120,000–$200,000+ per year, with no earnings cap.

What you will do

• Establish hirify.global's brokerage presence in the Seattle market.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of real estate agents.
• Build the local team culture and represent hirify.global in the market.
• Coach agents, develop their skills, and drive production results.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Use hirify.global's products, transaction coordination, mortgage, and title resources to help close more deals.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Washington real estate license and residence in the greater Seattle area.
• At least 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months.
• Proven experience recruiting and building a team, not only managing one.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
