Senior Lead Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead process-related initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing and supplier operations.
• Drive product quality, process control, and continuous quality improvement.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and statistical analysis methodologies.
• Interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.
• Lead multiple projects and drive technology adoption to meet customer needs.
• Guide, train, and develop technical teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supplier process-related roles.
• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of product quality and process control.
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and JMP statistical analysis software.
